Cancellations or changes to appointments are asked to be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  Appointments not canceled or changed within this timeframe will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

Any appointment that is missed without being canceled (no show), will owe the full amount of the scheduled service.

All fees are collected before rescheduling can occur

Although reminder messages are usually sent 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the above fees apply if the reminder message is not sent for any reason.

Same day appointments may require payment of up to 40% of the requested service at the time of scheduling
